We provide full-scope communications support and social media management. In addition, we helped organize their first virtual conference and developed an innovative website chatbot with an accurate response rate of over 90%.

  • The SBA leads a nationwide mission to support small businesses, provide access to capital, and support disaster recovery for small businesses and individuals. Our team supported the SBA by processing over 1 million disaster relief loans, and providing financial analysis, training, and IT services.

  • The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) administers the country's naturalization and immigration system. We supported the development, maintenance, and improvements to the manual resolution process and IRQ system. Alongside leadership, our team determined scope, assembled a multi-disciplinary team to meet all project requirements. We successfully improved code coverage from 35% to 90%, peer review, and increased test automation to reduce technical debt.
